AIGC Content Standards and Prohibited Content Policy
1. Our standard
skillskr provides workflow templates and instructions for AI agents. We want the service to be used for lawful, creative and professional work. We do not permit the service to be used to create, distribute or facilitate harmful or illegal content.
2. Prohibited content
The following categories are prohibited in any input, output, upload, publication or distribution connected to the service:
2.1 Sexual content and child safety
No sexual or pornographic content, and no content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers a minor. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited. We report apparent CSAM and related conduct to the relevant authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations.
2.2 Violence, gore and self-harm
No graphic violence or gore, no content that glorifies or provides instructions for serious violence, and no content that promotes suicide, self-harm or eating disorders. Content that documents news or education in a responsible, non-gratuitous way may be reviewed case by case.
2.3 Hate, harassment and discrimination
No hate speech, threats, harassment, bullying or discriminatory content targeting people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, age or another protected characteristic.
2.4 Deepfakes and impersonation
No deepfakes or synthetic media that impersonate a real person, put words in their mouth or depict them doing something they did not do, where the result is misleading or intended to deceive. Do not present AI-generated output as authentic evidence or as the work of a real professional.
2.5 Intellectual property and privacy
No content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights. Do not use the service to scrape, replicate or redistribute a protected work without permission.
2.6 Illegal and harmful conduct
No fraud, scams, phishing, malware, hacking instructions, illegal drugs or weapons, regulated goods sold unlawfully, or any content that violates applicable law or card-network rules.
3. Enforcement
When we receive a report or detect a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions, depending on severity, context and repeat behaviour:
- issue a warning and require corrective action;
- remove or restrict the content;
- suspend or terminate the account;
- revoke the licence to the relevant Skill pack;
- reset unused credits or refuse future service;
- report the matter to law enforcement or the relevant platform.
We may act immediately where there is a risk to a person or the public.
4. Reporting a concern
Anyone can report suspected prohibited content or abuse by emailing jeasonholders089@gmail.com with the subject line AIGC Content Report. Please include:
- the URL or location of the content;
- a description of the issue and why you believe it violates this policy;
- any supporting evidence or context.
We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days. If a report concerns an immediate risk to a person, contact the appropriate emergency service first.
5. Review process and appeals
We review reports and flagged content manually, considering context, severity and applicable law. We may request additional information from the reporter or the account holder. Where a violation is confirmed, we remove or restrict the content and notify the account holder. A user may appeal a moderation decision by replying to the notice with additional context. We keep records of reports and actions for safety and compliance, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
6. Age requirement
The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or purchase Skill packs.
7. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or applicable law. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email before they take effect.
